If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the Sign In page of the WISK Web Portal or the mobile app.

WISK Web Portal

  1. On, click "Trouble signing in?"


  2. Enter your email address and click "OK"

Note: If you make a typo when entering the email address, or the email doesn't belong to a WISK account, you'll receive an error message

Mobile App

  1. On the "Sign in" screen, tap "Forgot password"

Password Reset Email

After going through the reset password flow, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note: If you didn't receive the email, check your Spam folder. If it's a Gmail account, the password reset email may be sorted under “Promotions” or “Social”.

Enter New Password

After clicking the link, type your new password and click "Reset Password"

Your password reset is then confirmed. You can now log in using the new password.
