If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the Sign In page of the WISK Web Portal or the mobile app.
WISK Web Portal
On web.wisk.ai, click "Trouble signing in?"
On the "Sign in" screen, tap "Forgot password"
Note: You must send the password reset to the same email that is associated with your WISK account.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password:
Note: If you didn't receive the email, check your Spam folder. If it's a Gmail account, the password reset email may be sorted under “Promotions” or “Social”.
After clicking the link, type your new password and click "Reset Password"
