How to integrate your US Foods account with WISK

If based in the United States and want to integrate your US Foods account(s) with WISK, please contact [email protected] or message us in the chat.

In your message, please include the following information for each account:

  1. Business Name & Address

  2. US Foods Customer #

The WISK Integrations Team will then contact US Foods to submit an integration request.

When US Foods receives and processes the request, they'll be in contact with next steps. They may ask you for additional information or to sign agreement if required.

Once complete, US Foods sends invoices from each location to WISK, and those invoices are imported into their respective WISK accounts automatically.

You'll receive an email notification when invoices are imported into your location(s) for the first time.

Imported invoices remain in a draft state until reviewed and approved, giving you full control over your venue's data.

Note: If your subscription includes invoice processing by WISK, our team will review and convert them on your behalf.

Note: When the integration is complete, the distributor name appears as "US Foods". You can edit the name to add anything after that, but the linked WISK Distributor "US Foods" must remain. If it is unlinked, the integration will disconnect.
