How to un-archive any of these stock affecting actions

Introduction

If you have archived an inventory, invoice, return, depletion or transfer, you can restore it easily on the WISK Web Portal.

Restoring an Action

From either the Inventories, Invoices / Returns, Depletions, or Transfers page:

  1. Select the option to view “Archived". It varies depending on the page (it may be a checkbox, radio button, or filter to select)

    On the Invoices / Returns page, an arrow points to the "Archived" filter button.

  2. From the list of archived actions, click the details button of the action you want to restore

  3. Click “Actions”, then "Restore"

    The "Actions" menu button is highlighted and has been clicked. An arrow points to "Restore" in the drop-down menu.

  4. The action is restored. It may take a few moments for your venues' data to update.
