During your inventory, if you scan the barcode of a bottle that is not currently in your Venue Bottles, the following may occur:
- The barcode is recognized in our online database and you will receive a match
- The barcode is not in our database, and it will ask you to assign it to an existing bottle, or create a new one.
Recognized - in WISK Database
If the barcode is recognized, it will pull up a match for the bottle.
Tap "Confirm" to add it to your venue.
Not in WISK Database
If the barcode doesn't have a match in our database, you can either create a new bottle, or assign the barcode to an existing bottle.
To assign a barcode to an existing bottle:
- Type the name of the bottle in the search bar
- Tap the bottle to open the "Edit Bottle" screen
- The barcode is added to the bottle
- Tap Save.
