During your inventory, if you scan the barcode of a bottle that is not currently in your Venue Bottles, the following may occur:

  1. The barcode is recognized in our online database and you will receive a match
  2. The barcode is not in our database, and it will ask you to assign it to an existing bottle, or create a new one.

Recognized - in WISK Database

If the barcode is recognized, it will pull up a match for the bottle. 

Tap "Confirm" to add it to your venue.

Not in WISK Database

If the barcode doesn't have a match in our database, you can either create a new bottle, or assign the barcode to an existing bottle.

To assign a barcode to an existing bottle:

  1. Type the name of the bottle in the search bar
  2. Tap the bottle to open the "Edit Bottle" screen
  3. The barcode is added to the bottle
  4. Tap Save.
