How to start a new inventory count using the WISK mobile app

Introduction

Each inventory count is a snapshot in time of the stock levels on that day.

Whenever you take a count, make sure you start a new inventory. Each completed inventory is a data point for WISK to use in its calculations. Never edit a completed inventory when you intend to take a new count.

Starting a New Inventory Count

To start a new inventory count:

  1. Tap "Inventories" along the bottom menu bar

  2. Tap "Start Inventory"

    Note: If there is already an inventory count in progress, it displays "Continue Inventory" instead

    The "Start inventory" button displays "Continue Inventory" instead.
  3. The app then displays all of your inventory areas for the active account. The name of the active account also displays at the top to make sure you're in the correct one. You can tap an area to begin counting it
