Intro
When speaking with WISK Support about an issue with the WISK app, they may ask you to close and re-open the app. This refreshes your app data and applies any changes the Support team may have made to your account.
Note: Closing the app is different than minimizing / putting it in the background.
Closing the WISK App
How you close the WISK app depends on your iOS device model.
iPhone X and later
From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen
Swipe right or left to find the WISK app
Swipe up on the preview to close the WISK app
iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier, and iPod touch
Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps
Swipe right or left to find the WISK app
Swipe up on the preview to close the WISK app
