If an item has variations, you can order each variation individually. The item variations appear under the distributor / supplier assigned to them.

Note: If there are multiple variations under the same distributor and you use the prefill feature, it will add units of the default item variation (the par level is based on the default).

If you have an item with variations that come from different brands, make sure the variation name of each variation describes what the product is. For example, if you have an item called "Triple Sec" which contains variation that are all the same size, but are different brands the variation name will tell them apart when ordering.
