At this time, the WISK mobile app is only available on iOS.

We are always improving our product and implementing feedback from our users. By keeping WISK exclusively on iOS (for now), we are able to push frequent updates to the app to improve usability and performance.

In the future, we would like to have an Android version available to our users, but don’t have a timeline for delivery.

In the meantime, there are a few options available:

Purchase a Dedicated iOS Device

A number of our clients with Android devices opt to purchase a dedicated device for WISK at their venue(s). WISK does not require the newest iOS device, and there are a number of budget-friendly options (The iPod Touch 7 is around $199 USD). The only requirement is that the device is iOS 13 compatible.

WISK Web Portal

With the exception of the barcode scanner and Bluetooth scale integration, everything that can be done in the mobile app can also be done on the WISK Web Portal (web.wisk.ai).

You can access the WISK Web Portal from any computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Note: The WISK Web Portal is optimized to run on the Google Chrome browser.

Web Inventory Counts

In a recent update, we added functionality to take inventory counts through the web browser. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop/computer, because it isn’t currently optimized for mobile. You can learn more about Web Inventory here:
