Account Page
If you need to change the name, email address, or other details on your user account, you can do this from the Account page on the WISK Web Portal.
Note: Only the logged in user can update the details on their account. This is because a user can be associated with multiple venues.
To access the account page, hover your cursor over your username on the bottom left of the screen, and click “Account”
The account page displays your user name, email address, mobile number, display language, all the venues you currently have access to, and the email reports you receive.
Name / Mobile Number
To change the name or mobile number on the account, just click into the field and update the text.
If the phone number is invalid it will display an error message.
Note: Every user needs to have at least a first or last name. If both fields are blank you'll be blocked from using the system until you enter a name.
Email Address
To change the email address of the user account:
Click into the email address field, and enter the new address
Enter your password to verify the change of email address, and click “OK”
The email address is now updated
An email notification is then sent to the old and new email address to confirm the change
Note: If you want to change your password after changing the email address, please refresh your browser first.
Language
To change the display language on the WISK Web Portal, click the drop-down menu in the "Language" field. The following languages are available at this time:
English
French
Spanish
The pages then refreshes to display the selected language.
Password
To change the password on the account:
Click the “Change Password” button
Enter your current password to verify the request to change the password and click “OK”
Enter the new password, and enter it again to confirm the change. Click “OK”
The password has been updated.
Display Theme
To change the display theme, click the "Select your preferred theme" drop-down.
The following options are available at this time:
Light - the default theme
Dark
Auto (follow system settings) - this alternates between light and dark based on your computer's system settings
