Introduction
The WISK mobile app is designed to work with the supported Bluetooth scales and connects to them automatically when turned on.
Just make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device settings and "Use Scale" is toggled on in the mobile app.
You can check whether “Use Scale” is toggled on in the Inventory Settings or during an inventory count.
Only one device can be connected to a scale at a time.
Note: You don’t need to download the scale app from the manufacturer to get it to connect to your iOS device.
Inventory Settings Menu
Tap the "More" button on the bottom menu bar
Tap "Inventory settings"
Tap the "Use Scale" toggle button
Tap "Enable" on the confirmation pop-up
Use of the Bluetooth scale is enabled and displays whether it's currently connected
When you turn on the Bluetooth scale, the app displays a message and makes a sound to confirm it connected successfully. It will say "Connected" and then display the current reading from the scale (0 if nothing is placed on it)
Note: If the scale is on, but still displays as "Disconnected" in the app, please see "Scale Won't Connect".
During Inventory
Tap the "Scale" button when an item is called up
Tap "Use Scale"
Tap "Enable"
The scale is now enabled and displays whether it is connected or not
