To connect a supported Bluetooth scale to your iOS device, make sure that “Use Scale” is toggled on for your venue.

You can check whether “Use Scale” is toggled on in the Inventory Settings or during an inventory.

Inventory Settings Menu

  1. Tap the "More" button on the bottom menu bar
  2. Tap "Inventory settings"
  3. Tap the "Use Scale" button
  4. Tap "Enable"
  5. The scale is now enabled and displays whether it is connected or not.

After “Use Scale” is toggled on, turn on the Bluetooth Scale, and the status should change to “Connected”.

During Inventory

  1. Tap the "Scale" button when an item is called up
  2. Tap "Use Scale"
  3. Tap "Enable"
  4. The scale is now enabled and displays whether it is connected or not.

When you turn on the scale, the app displays it's connected.

Note: The WISK mobile app is programmed to work with the supported Bluetooth scales and should connect to them automatically. You don’t need to download the scale app from the manufacturer.
