Introduction

The WISK mobile app is designed to work with the supported Bluetooth scales and connects to them automatically when turned on.

Just make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device settings and "Use Scale" is toggled on in the mobile app.

You can check whether “Use Scale” is toggled on in the Inventory Settings or during an inventory count.

Only one device can be connected to a scale at a time.

Note: You don’t need to download the scale app from the manufacturer to get it to connect to your iOS device.
