Introduction
If you have temporarily moved all stock out of an area, you can submit it as empty when taking an inventory count.
Note: This is only intended if you have moved all of the stock out of an area into another. You should always count every area and item when taking inventory, otherwise your consumption data won't be accurate.
Mobile App
Swipe an area to the left on the inventory home screen
Tap “Save as empty”
Tap “Save as Empty” on the confirmation message
The area saves with no items contained within
Note: If you save an area as empty, you will not be able to use the Previous list for that area when you next take inventory. You will need to use the scan/search feature.
WISK Web Portal
Click the "Start" button beside an inventory area
Click the "Mark as completed" button
The area saves with no items inside
