How do I switch between venues/venue types?

You can toggle between your venues or Food and Beverage accounts at any time on the WISK Web Portal or mobile app

Introduction

If your user account has access to both the Food and Beverage accounts of a venue or has access to multiple venues, you can switch between them in the WISK Web Portal and mobile app.

WISK Web Portal

In the browser tab, the name of the active venue displays at the top of the screen.

To switch venues:

  1. Click the active Venue name on the top-left of the screen

  2. Click a venue from the drop-down menu to switch to it

    Note: You can right click on the venue name to choose to open it in a new tab/window. For Mac users you can hold Command + click to open it in a new tab. For Windows users you can hold Ctrl + click.

  3. It is now the active venue

    The new active venue now displays on the top-left of the screen.

Note: You can have multiple venues open in different tabs.

Mobile App

  1. Tap the "More" button on the bottom menu bar

  2. Tap the "Switch Venue" button beside the current venue name

  3. Tap a venue from the list to switch to it
