Reconnect Your Device

If you're still having trouble connecting, it's possible your scale connected to another Bluetooth-enabled device first.

In this case, turn off your device's Bluetooth and turn off your Bluetooth scale (hold the Power button until it powers off). Then, turn both on simultaneously.

Note: Nearby devices can sometimes interfere by connecting to the scale first. In this case, temporarily disable the Bluetooth on those devices if possible, and try again.

If it still doesn't connect, repeat the process a few more times as it may take more than one attempt.

Remove the Batteries from the Scale

If you have tried the steps above, and the scale still won't connect to your device, try removing the batteries from the compartment on the back of the scale. This performs a hard reset of the scale.

Put the batteries back in, and turn the scale on.

Check for App Updates

Check the App Store to make sure you're running the latest version of the app. It may be a known issue and updating to the latest version could resolve it.

Check the Hardware

The Bluetooth scale is a precision instrument and may be damaged if subjected to rough treatment.

If the scale displays the "out2" message, you may need to replace it.

If you see a low battery icon, replace the 3x AAA batteries.
