Making sure that your invoices and inventories line up properly is essential to having accurate consumption data.

When you receive new stock on the same day as an inventory session, you have two options.

  1. FIRST do inventory (keep the delivery to the side, do not count it), THEN add your invoice. Since this new order has not yet been marked as received by WISK, you do not consider them to be part of your inventory yet. After you add the invoice, your stock count will update.
  2. FIRST add your invoice, THEN do your inventory (must include all the items you just received). Since the items were already marked as received in WISK, they must be included in the subsequent inventory count.

We recommend Option #1 to save you time and effort.
