How to link your Fudo POS with WISK to start importing your sales data

Introduction

WISK integrates with Fudo through a direct API.

To integrate your Fudo POS with WISK, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Fudo support to get your API Key and API Secret

  2. Go to the WISK Web Portal and add your API Key/Secret in the Venue Settings

Get API Key / Secret

WISK requires an access token to integrate with your Fudo account.

To start the integration, please contact Fudo support. Tell them you want to integrate with WISK, and ask them to provide you with an API Key and API Secret.

These are both a string of characters that you must add to your WISK account.

Add API Key/Secret to WISK

When Fudo support has provided you the API Key and Secret:

  1. On the WISK Web Portal, hover your cursor over your username on the bottom left, and click “Venue Settings” on the menu that appears

  2. Click the “Edit” button beside POS Type

  3. In the window that opens, click the “POS Type” drop-down menu, and select Fudo

  4. Paste the API Key and API Secret you received from Fudo into the corresponding fields

    Note: The API Key and API Secret should be labelled. The API Key is the longer of the two

  5. By default, WISK only imports your menu/POS Items that have sales. If you want WISK to import all POS Items, check the box beside "Include all POS Items even if not sold"

  6. Click “Save” to start the integration. You'll be emailed when the process is complete

After the integration is complete, WISK pulls up to your last 4 years of sales data from Fudo. It may take a few hours for your sales data to appear.
