Introduction
Sometimes an archived or deleted POS Item causes issues with your sales and variance.
For example, you archived a POS Item months ago, and now you’re selling it again, and the sales appear to be missing in your account. By restoring the POS Item, it fixes the issue.
Or lets say you deleted some POS Items in WISK, but then did a complete overhaul of your POS configuration and now some of those POS Items are relevant and need to be restored.

Restoring a Deleted POS Item
If a POS Item is archived, there is an option to "delete" it. This doesn't actually delete it, but hides/removes it from the "Archived" filter to help reduce clutter.
You can still view these POS Items by using the "Deleted" filter, and can even restore them back to archived, or unarchived.
To restore a deleted POS Item:
On the POS Items page, select the "Deleted" predefined filter
All deleted POS Items display. Click the checkboxes beside the POS Items you want to restore
Note: There is also a button called "Restore all deleted POS Items" which returns all deleted POS items to an unarchived state
Click either of the following options on the side menu
Archive - Moves the POS Item(s) from deleted to archived
Restore deleted POS item - restores the item so it appears on POS Items by default
Click "OK" on the confirmation window to return the POS Item(s) to archived or restore them
