Sometimes an archived POS Item can lead to issues with your sales and variance. For example, you may have archived an item months ago, and now you’re selling it again, and the sales appear to be missing in your account. By restoring the POS Item, it will fix the issue.

You can restore POS Items in both the WISK Web Portal and mobile app.

WISK Web Portal

1. Click “Sales” on the left-hand menu bar

2. Click “POS Items”

3. Find the POS Item you want to restore by using either the search bar or “Archived” predefined filter.

If using the search, it shows you if any archived items match the search term. Just click the text to see the item(s):

To use the predefined filter click the drop-down menu and select “Archive”:

4. Click the checkbox beside the POS Item(s) you wish to restore.

5. Click “Restore” in the window that appears.

6. Click “OK” on the confirmation window to restore the POS item.

The POS Item is restored, and once again used in your sales data calculations.

App

1. Tap “More” on the bottom menu bar

2. Tap “POS”

3. Tap “POS Items”

4. Tap the filter drop-down button

5. Tap “Archived” from the list of options in the drop-down menu

6. Find the POS Item you want to restore by scrolling through the list or using the search. Swipe the POS Item to the left.

7. Tap “Unarchive”

8. Tap “Unarchive” on the confirmation prompt

The POS Item is restored, and once again used in your sales data calculations.
