If you would like to upgrade your WISK Subscription, you can do this through the mobile app or WISK Web Portal.
1. On the “More” tab, tap Subscription
2. Tap “Upgrade subscription”
3. Select your billing period (yearly or monthly), and swipe to the left to view the available plans.
4. Tap “Upgrade to” to upgrade your subscription to the selected plan.
5. The new subscription plan is now active.
WISK Web Portal
Note: Upgrading on the WISK Web Portal is only available if your subscription is managed directly through WISK.
1. On the WISK Web Portal, hover your cursor over the bottom left where it displays your user name and click “Subscription”
2. Click the pencil icon beside your current plan.
3. Select whether you want to be billed monthly or yearly, and then click “Choose Plan” under the desired plan.
4. The new subscription plan is now active.
