Introduction
To integrate your Harbortouch / SkyTab POS sales with WISK, you can schedule an automated daily sales report from the Lighthouse Business Management System.
Scheduling the Daily Sales Email
To schedule the daily sales report email:
Sign in to the Lighthouse Business Management System
On the left-hand navigation menu, click "Profile & Settings" then "Subscriptions"
Click "Add Subscription"
Click "Add Location" and select the venue you want to export sales data from
Under "Settings", select the Product and Report. This may vary depending on the version of Harbortouch that you're using.
Possible Variations:Product: Bar & Restaurant
Report: Sales Summary by Item
Product: Hospitality
Report: Item Sales Alphabetical
Note: "Sales Summary by Item" is a standard report that should be available if your Product isn't "Bar & Restaurant" or "Hospitality".
Enter the remaining details as follows:
Email: [email protected]
Frequency: Daily
Reporting Day: Last Day
Time: 04:00AM*
Export Type: CSV
Note: *If you select a time other than 04:00AM there is a delay in sending sales data for the reporting day. This will throw off your numbers.
Click "Subscribe"
The daily sales report is now scheduled to send to [email protected]. The first sales report will send at the designated time (04:00AM).
Send an email to [email protected] or use the in-app chat to let the team know you have scheduled the sales report.
After WISK receives your first sales report email, the development team will set up the upload so that the sales data appears in your venue.
You’ll receive a notification that the integration is complete when the sales are uploaded for the first time.
