To import your sales data into WISK from Volanté:
1. Contact your Volanté rep and request they send a daily sales report in CSV format to email@example.com with the following information:
- Menu Item Name
- Gross sales ($)
- Net quantity sold
- Net Sales
2. The daily sales report is then uploaded to your account when received by WISK
3. You’ll receive a notification that the integration is complete when the sales are uploaded for the first time
Note: Volanté may charge a small fee for setting up the daily report.
If the automated daily email report stops sending, reboot the back office computer and it will refresh the services.
If this results in a few days of missing sales, you can email the missing sales manually from the back office computer to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be uploaded to your account.
