Introduction

WISK integrates with Lavu through a direct API.

To integrate your Lavu POS with WISK, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Lavu Support and request your integration credentials

  2. Go to the WISK Web Portal and enter your credentials in the Venue Settings

Request Credentials from Lavu Support

To integrate your venue with WISK, please send an email to support@lavu.com and cc support@wisk.ai requesting the following information:

  • Data name

  • Key

  • Token

Dear Lavu Support,

I would like to integrate my venue's sales data with WISK.

Can you please provide us the data name, key, and token for (your venue's name)?

Enter Credentials under Venue Settings

  1. On the WISK Web Portal, hover over your user-name on the bottom left.

  2. Click “Venue Settings”

3.Click the “Edit” button beside POS Type

4. In the window that opens, click the “POS Type” drop-down menu, and select Lavu.

5. Paste the data name, key, and token into their corresponding fields

Lavu has been selected as the POS, and the window updates to reflect this. The Data Name, Key, and Token fields appear.

6. Click “Save”

The required fields have been filled in and the

7. After the integration is complete, WISK will pull up to your last 2 years of sales data from Lavu. It may take a few hours for your sales data to appear.

If you encounter any errors during the integration process, or your sales data isn’t appearing after a few hours, please reach out in the chat, or email support@wisk.ai.
