Introduction

Using Lightspeed Restaurant U-Series / Upserve, you can schedule a daily product mix email to be sent to WISK.

The sales data within is imported into your account at the end of each reporting day.

Scheduling the Daily Product Mix Email

To schedule the Daily Product Mix email:

  1. Log in to Lightspeed Restaurant U-Series

  2. Follow the steps in this article to set up a Daily Product Mix email subscription to be sent to pos@wisk.ai:

  3. Select the following options when adding the report subscription: Product Mix, Daily, pos@wisk.ai then click "Subscribe"

  4. The Daily Product Mix email is sent to pos@wisk.ai. Send a note to support@wisk.ai after you've created the report subscription. Our team will link the product mix email to your venue and upload it to your WISK account

  5. You’ll receive an email notification when the sales have been uploaded for the first time.
