Introduction
Before you cancel, if you have questions, concerns, or are not satisfied with WISK, you can contact our support team using the in-app chat, or sending a message to [email protected].
We’re happy to address any questions or issues you may be experiencing with the platform, or book a training session.
Note: If you’re looking to pause your subscription temporarily, and not cancel, please contact [email protected].
Your subscription may be managed either through WISK or the App Store:
Subscription through WISK
If your subscription is managed through WISK, only users with the Admin role can access billing info and submit cancellation requests.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
On the WISK Web Portal, place your cursor over your username on the bottom left and click "Subscription".
Note: You can also click here to access the Subscription Page.
Click "Cancel Subscription" to open the cancellation form
Fill out the cancellation form to submit your cancellation request. Please provide as much detail as you can when providing responses. If we didn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We are constantly making improvements to WISK and your feedback is important.
Note: You must complete the form to submit your cancellation request. All cancellation requests are handled by a separate Payments and Billing team. As per our terms of service, unless a cancellation request is received by the team, the team will NOT cancel/delete your account and you will continue to be charged.
When you submit the form, you'll receive the following confirmation message:
Subscription through App Store
If your subscription is through the App Store, follow these steps to access your Subscriptions on your iOS device and cancel your account:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
Tap the WISK subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
