You can edit the time of delivery, return, or adjustment in both the WISK Web Portal and the mobile app.

WISK Web Portal

1. Go to the Deliveries page

2.Click the “Details” of the Delivery / Return / Adjustment that you wish to edit

3. Click the “Date” field

4. Select the Date and time of the action The time selector goes by the hour, but you can type an exact time in the field.

5. Click “OK”. The new time then saves.

Mobile App

Please note, you can only edit the time of deliveries in the app. If you need to edit a return or adjustment, please do so on the WISK Web Portal.

Editing the Time

  1. From the Deliveries screen, tap “Edit Deliveries”
  2. Tap the delivery you wish to edit
  3. Tap the information icon on the top right
  4. Tap the “Date” field to adjust the date and time

Saving your Changes

After you change the date /time, you’ll need to save the delivery. This does not create a new delivery, it just saves the changes you have made.

  1. Tap “Continue”
  2. Tap “Review Delivery”
  3. Tap “Submit”
  4. Tap “Confirm”
